Mr. Amarasekara is a Director of the Company since February 2004. Attorney-at-Law by profession and counts over 50 years in the practice of law. Joined the law firm of Julius & Creasy in 1952 and retired as Precedent Partner of the firm in 1999.

As a member of the Bar Council, served as Chairman of the Law and Finance Committee and several other Committees of the Council. He has also served as a member of a three Bench of Inquiry into the Professional Misconduct of Members of the Bar constituted by the then Honourable Chief Justice in the early 1980's for a term of five years. He has also served on the Council of the University of Sri Jayewardenapura and as a member of the Council on several Selection Boards and functioned as Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the University.

He is the Chairman of the Ceybank Unit Trust Management Company Limited (and its Panel of Advisors) which handles the largest portfolio of the Unit Trust Fund in the country. He also serves as Chairman/ Director of several Public quoted and unquoted Companies and Private Limited Liability Companies.

Mr. Dhammika Perera is the Chairman/ Director-General of the Board of Investment of Sri Lanka (BOI). He is a member of the Board of Directors of Strategic Enterprises Management Agency (SEMA) and the Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) as well. Mr. Perera is a well-known prominent entrepreneur and investor whose business interests include Hydropower Generation, Shipping, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Entertainment, Banking and Finance. He is the Chairman of Vallibel Holdings (Pvt) Ltd through which Mr. Perera has invested in various quoted and unquoted public companies in the above sectors. He is also the Chairman of several other companies including The Fortress Resorts PLC, Vallibel Power Erathna PLC, Didul (Pvt) Ltd, Vallibel Finance Ltd & Vallibel Electric (Pvt) Ltd. He is the Deputy Chairman of Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC, Connaissance Holdings PLC and Director of Sampath Bank PLC & Hotel Reefcomber PLC. He was appointed to the Board of Asian Alliance Insurance PLC with effect from September 2007 and Lanka Ceramic Ltd with effect from April 2008.

A well-known professional in the marketing field, Mr. Adhihetty has also gained over 30 years of experience in the Finance Sector. He was formerly the Deputy Managing Director of Mercantile Investments Limited and served as a Director of Nuwara Eliya Hotels Limited, Grand Hotel (Pvt) Limited, Royal Palm Beach Hotels Limited, Tangerine Beach Hotels PLC, Nilaveli Beach Hotels Limited, Mercantile Fortunes (Pvt) Limited, Tangerine Tours Limited and Security Ceylon (Pvt) Limited. Presently he holds the position of Managing Director of L B Finance PLC and serves on the Board of Directors of Vallibel Finance Limited and Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, 2nd Vice President of the Finance Houses Association of Sri Lanka and Director of the Leasing Association of Sri Lanka .

Deputy Chairman of Pan Asia Banking Corporation PLC, Managing Director of Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC, The Fortress Resorts PLC, Group Finance Director of Connaissance Holdings PLC and Hotel Reefcomber PLC. He also serves as a Director to Vallibel Power Erathna PLC, Asian Alliance Insurance PLC and Vallibel Finace Ltd. Also he is an Alternate Director of Lanka Ceramics Ltd. He counts over 25 years of experience in the fields of Finance, Capital Market operations, Manufacturing, Marketing and Management Services. He is a member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing.

A Gem Merchant by profession, he presently serves as the Chairman of Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC and its subsidiaries. He is also a Director of Vallibel Electric (Pvt) Limited.

Mr. Goonatilleke joined L B Finance PLC. Board on 19 February 2008 as a non executive independent director and was appointed as the Chairman of the Audit Committee as well. Mr. Gooantileke is a Financial Professional with over 25 years post qualification experience . He has held senior managerial positions in leading Public, multinational and private companies during his career. He is a Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Management Accountants (U.K.), since 1987. He is a passed finalist of Institute of Chartered Accountants (Sri Lanka). Mr. Goonatilleke has obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from PIM of University of Sri Jayawrdenapura as well. He currently serves as a Group Executive Director of DSL Group of Companies. Mr. Goonatilleke also serves as a independent Director of Vallibel Finance Ltd.

Mr. Perera holds a BSc. (Business Administration) Special Degree from the University of Sri Jayewardenapura and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He has 12 years experience in the leasing industry that includes positions at Commercial Leasing Co. Limited, LOLC and a Merchant Bank in Bangladesh.

Mr. Udage holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Colombo. He possesses 18 years experience in the field of leasing and finance, including 10 years at LOLC and 3 years at Mercantile Investments Limited prior to joining L B Finance PLC in 2004.

Counting nearly 20 years of experience in the Banking Industry in Sri Lanka, including in Germany, being the first Asian to have been seconded to Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt, Mrs. Fernando joined Pan Asia Bank as a Director in March 2008 and was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank in May 2008. She also serves as a Director, L B Finance Ltd. She is an Attorney-at-Law, and also a Barrister-at-Law, Lincoln's Inn, UK. She holds LL.B (Hons) London, from School of Economics and Political Science, London, U.K and successfully completed the Post Graduate Certificate Course in Human Resources Management at the Post Graduate Institute of Management (PIM), Sri Lanka. She was awarded the "Professional Woman of the Year 2007" by Women's Chamber of Industry & Commerce, for her professional excellence.

Mr Wijeyeratne, who is a Chartered Accountant with more than 35 years experience in the fields of Finance & General Management, Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants of Sri Lanka and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (U.K.). Mr. Wijeyeratne serves as Group Finance Director of Richard Peiris & Company PLC and was a Director of a number of Group Companies (1997 - 2008), Financial Controller of Aitken Spence & Company Ltd (now Aitken Spence PLC) and was a Director of Aitken Spence Group Management (Pvt) Ltd, Ahungalla Hotels Ltd and Aitken Spence Hotels Ltd (1989 to 1996), Financial Planning & Systems Control manager at Brown & Company Ltd (1998 to 1999) and also Chief Accountant at Brooke Bonds Ceylon Ltd (1976 to 1979).He is highly experienced in the field of Corporate & financial restructuring, Financial management & Accounting, Tax Planning, Acquisition & Mergers of Business Enterprise,Commercialisation and Divestiture of Business Enterprises, Corporate Treasury Management, Project Planning, Evaluation and Implementation, Developing Management Strategy, Business Plans , Corporate Direction and Corporate Negotiations.
